Delivery Policy
Any delivery notes, waybills, or invoices (copy or original) signed by the Customer or a third party engaged to transport the goods and held by Infintec shall be prima facie proof that delivery was made to the Customer.
All orders are subject to these terms and conditions.
Infintec shall be entitled to split the delivery of goods ordered in the quantities and on the dates it decides.
Infintec shall be entitled to invoice and deliver each order separately.
The risk of damage to or destruction of goods passes to the Customer on signature of the delivery receipt upon delivery to the Customer or the Customer’s nominated representative. The Customer undertakes to insure the goods fully until paid for in full.
Infintec is hereby authorized to engage trusted third-party couriers, including our primary distribution partners (such as Syntech), on its behalf to transport all goods purchased.
If the Customer chooses to engage in its own third party to transport the goods, the Customer indemnifies Infintec against any claims of whatsoever nature that may arise from such an agreement.
Delivery, installation, and performance times given are merely estimates and are not binding on Infintec. Infintec will use its best endeavours to meet such delivery times, but shall not be liable for any loss or damage which the Customer may suffer as a result of any incorrect or delayed delivery.
Invoices and deliveries will only be processed once payment has been cleared in Infintec’s bank account.
Deliveries will be scheduled as per the courier’s standard operating procedures.
Exceptions:
Stock shortages may result in delays or partial delivery of orders.
Public holidays or extraordinary events may result in an adjustment of the delivery schedule.
Orders for Delivery & Shipping Fees:
Delivery charges are quoted during the checkout process and will be added to the invoice where applicable.
Orders with a total value of R3000.00 (ex. VAT) or more qualify for free delivery via our standard, most cost-effective service.
Orders with a total value less than R3000.00 (ex. VAT) will incur a standard delivery fee of R230.00 (ex. VAT).
The customer may select a faster, non-standard delivery service (if available) and will be charged for this accordingly, regardless of order value.
Extra surcharges will be for the customer’s account (e.g., fuel, outlying area, and drive-away surcharge fees).
Delivery times are estimated and are not a guarantee of the delivery date.
